We welcome you to join or come along and find out more about the coaching/training we can offer our members, as well as the competition and social opportunities available to members
To join, please do not hesitate to contact us, come along to our club night on a Tuesday (6pm Juniors and 7pm Seniors) or fill in a membership form (Word Doc link here) and send it to the address shown on the form.
TRAINING TIMES
Tuesday - 6-7pm Juniors 11-16 7-8pm Seniors
Thursday - 6-7pm (as agreed by coaches & seniors)
Saturday Mornings - Doug Maxwell (sprints group)
Coaches may also set other times for their groups – in discussion with parents/athletes
