Club Grand Prix 2011-12
Results updated following the Old Monks trail race, Hartlepool.
Grand Prix 2012 after Old Monks
The new Grand Prix competition will start with the Gibside trail race which will be held on 6th November as the first ‘nominated’ event.
There are a total of 10 events nominated (with 5 to count) including ‘any Town Moor Parkrun in February’ and ‘any marathon’ in the period from October 2011 to July 2012.
New events this year include the Old Monk 6 mile, Run Northumberland Half Marathon, George Ogle Memorial and the Allendale 8 mile race in June.
The competition has a good balance of long and short races as well as road and off road events.
